Our Guiding Purpose
NPO Access is committed to protecting the rights of individuals of all nationalities whose rights have been violated within the European Union. While our assistance is available regardless of nationality, we pay particular attention to supporting Russian-speaking individuals from any country who encounter violations of their fundamental rights and freedoms within the EU.
Our Operational Approach
We follow a structured and responsible process to ensure that every case is handled with care, accuracy, and respect for those involved.

Information Collection

We gather reports and information from individuals and communities across the European Union, with particular attention to Russian-speaking populations and Ukrainians.
Verification & Analysis
Each submission is carefully reviewed and cross-checked to ensure reliability and accuracy before any further action is taken.
Documentation & Reporting
Verified cases are documented in a structured manner to support transparency, awareness, and potential advocacy efforts.
Our Commitment to Transparency
As a newly established organization, we are committed to operating with full transparency. We plan to publish regular reports on our activities, methodologies, and findings. All future reports will be made publicly available on this page.
Our Approach & Transparency
MTÜ JUURDEPÄÄS operates on the principles of integrity, accuracy, and independence. We are currently a self-funded initiative working on a volunteer basis. We welcome volunteers and collaborators from around the world who share our values and wish to contribute to the documentation of human rights situations.
At this stage, we do not accept donations. Our work is driven by commitment rather than financial resources. As the organization develops, we plan to publish regular reports and maintain full transparency regarding our activities and methodology.
